Dear Valued Herbstar Customers,

We want to personally thank you for being part of the Herbstar family. Your support of our small farm and business has meant more to us than words can express.

Due to the uncertainty surrounding the upcoming federal hemp legislation that is expected to take effect in November, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend business operations until further notice.

This was not an easy decision. As a small, family-owned farm, we are committed to operating responsibly and in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Rather than risk putting our customers or our business in an uncertain legal position, we believe it is the responsible choice to pause operations while we monitor the evolving regulatory landscape and determine the best path forward.

This is not a goodbye. We remain hopeful that a reasonable path forward will emerge that allows responsible farmers and small businesses like ours to continue serving our communities.

If you believe hemp products should continue to remain available to consumers, your voice matters. We encourage you to contact your U.S. Senators and Representative by email or mail and respectfully ask them to support policies that protect access to federally legal hemp products and the small farms and businesses that produce them.

To make this as easy as possible, we are providing a link to the U.S. Roundtable Hemp's website where you can send a letter to congress. We sincerely appreciate your trust, loyalty, and support over the years. It has been our privilege to provide you with high-quality, Colorado-grown hemp products, and we are incredibly grateful to have such wonderful customers. It was a pleasure meeting you and your pets over the last 4 years at the Farmer's Markets!

Although we are pausing operations for now, we will continue to monitor legislative developments closely and will keep you informed of any updates regarding our business and the future of hemp. Thank you again for supporting our family farm, small businesses, and the future of the hemp industry.
